The music is simply gorgeous.

I’ve become addicted in the past few months to Yo-Yo Ma’s playing and to his selections and interpretations. I love how random his choice can be. They all flow together and all are beautiful, but they range from heartaching to foot tapping in the same cd.

Musicophilia by Oliver Sacks

A typical Sacks’s book with a lot of stories about his patients and interesting tidbits. You learn a little without being bored. It drags a little toward the end, but by then you’ve gotten most of the interesting facts out of it.

Jack Johnson – Curious George Soundtrack

Ok, the Curious George movie is good. The books are much better. Absolutely Edwin’s favorites, points to George and says “Ggge.” They’re a bit like Where’s Waldo for the 1 year old.
